These Terms of Service govern your use of Saver Market. By accessing the website, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to these terms.
1. Saver Market service
Saver Market provides an online product catalog and ordering service, primarily serving the Syrian market. Product availability, prices, descriptions, colors, sizes, and other details may change.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for providing accurate account information and keeping your login credentials secure. You must not use another person's account without permission or attempt to access administrative or restricted areas.
3. Google Sign-In
If you choose Google Sign-In, Google and our authentication provider may be used to authenticate your identity. Saver Market does not receive your Google password.
4. Orders and availability
- An order request does not guarantee that every item is available until the order is accepted or confirmed.
- We may contact you to confirm product availability, delivery details, quantities, or other order information.
- We may cancel or adjust an order if an item is unavailable, information is incorrect, abuse is suspected, or the order cannot reasonably be fulfilled.
- Customers should provide accurate phone and delivery information.
5. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in the currency displayed on the website. Where ordering is available, payment is currently cash on delivery unless a different method is clearly stated. We may correct obvious pricing or listing errors before fulfilling an order.
6. Product information
We try to present product images and descriptions accurately, but actual colors, appearance, packaging, dimensions, or small details may differ because of photography, screens, supplier changes, or manufacturing variations.
7. Cancellations, returns, and delivery
Cancellation, return, exchange, and delivery arrangements may depend on the product, its condition, order stage, delivery location, and the policy communicated at the time of purchase. Contact Saver Market as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel an order.
8. Acceptable use
You must not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, submit fraudulent orders, impersonate others, scrape restricted information, or use the service for unlawful purposes.
9. Third-party services
Saver Market may use or link to third-party services such as Google, Supabase, Resend, Cloudflare, and WhatsApp. Their services are governed by their own terms and policies.
10. Website availability
We aim to keep the website available and accurate, but temporary outages, maintenance, internet problems, supplier changes, or technical errors can occur. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
11. Responsibility
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Saver Market is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses caused by temporary service interruption, third-party service failures, or misuse of the website. Nothing in these terms removes rights that cannot legally be excluded.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms when our service changes. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.

2. الحسابات
أنت مسؤول عن تقديم معلومات صحيحة والمحافظة على أمان بيانات الدخول. يمنع استخدام حساب شخص آخر دون إذن أو محاولة الوصول إلى أقسام إدارية أو محمية.
3. تسجيل الدخول بواسطة Google
إذا اخترت تسجيل الدخول بواسطة Google، فقد يتم استخدام Google ومزود المصادقة لدينا للتحقق من هويتك. لا يحصل Saver Market على كلمة مرور Google الخاصة بك.
4. الطلبات والتوفر
- إرسال الطلب لا يضمن توفر كل منتج إلى أن يتم قبول الطلب أو تأكيده.
- قد نتواصل معك لتأكيد التوفر أو عنوان التوصيل أو الكمية أو أي معلومات أخرى.
- قد نلغي أو نعدل الطلب إذا كان المنتج غير متوفر أو كانت البيانات غير صحيحة أو تعذر تنفيذ الطلب.
- يجب تقديم رقم هاتف وعنوان توصيل صحيحين.
5. الأسعار والدفع
تظهر الأسعار بالعملة المعروضة في الموقع. يتم الدفع حالياً عند الاستلام حيث تكون خدمة الطلب متاحة، ما لم يتم توضيح وسيلة أخرى. يمكن تصحيح الأخطاء الواضحة في الأسعار أو القوائم قبل تنفيذ الطلب.
6. معلومات المنتجات
نسعى لعرض الصور والأوصاف بدقة، لكن قد توجد اختلافات بسيطة في اللون أو الشكل أو التغليف أو الأبعاد بسبب التصوير أو الشاشات أو تغييرات المورد والتصنيع.
7. الإلغاء والإرجاع والتوصيل
تعتمد ترتيبات الإلغاء والإرجاع والاستبدال والتوصيل على المنتج وحالته ومرحلة الطلب ومكان التوصيل والسياسة المعلنة وقت الشراء. تواصل معنا بأسرع وقت إذا أردت تعديل أو إلغاء طلب.
8. الاستخدام المقبول
يمنع إساءة استخدام الموقع أو تعطيله أو محاولة الدخول غير المصرح به أو تقديم طلبات احتيالية أو انتحال شخصية الآخرين أو استخدام الخدمة لأغراض غير قانونية.
9. الخدمات الخارجية
قد يستخدم Saver Market خدمات خارجية مثل Google وSupabase وResend وCloudflare وWhatsApp، وتخضع هذه الخدمات لشروطها وسياساتها الخاصة.
10. توفر الموقع والتعديلات
نسعى للحفاظ على عمل الموقع ودقة المعلومات، لكن قد تحدث أعمال صيانة أو أعطال مؤقتة أو مشاكل إنترنت أو أخطاء تقنية. قد نقوم بتحديث هذه الشروط عند تغير الخدمة.
